It was very exciting to make and donate my all floral Real Trip Around the World quilt as an opportunity item for the fund raiser in June. The money goes toward the Bird Sanctuary in downtown Flat Rock. A great place to stroll in the shade. Naturally I had to make some garden hats for the presenters.

We were truly overwhelmed by Carolyn’s two embroidered quilts. Just imagine the hours spent but oh the joy to be completed.
